Baron Vanilla Management Pty Ltd, a commercial and industrial real estate investment group, is joint venture between two leading property syndicators - Baron Property Group and Vanilla Property Investments. With combined assets under management in excess of $150 million, the joint venture was established to source and manage reliable income generating commercial and industrial property investments on behalf of the syndicators' wholesale investors.
The directors of Baron Vanilla have over seventy-five years of commercial property and finance experience between them with wide-ranging industry networks and a proven track record of delivering wealth to their investors.

Miles founded Baron Property Group in 2017 and co-founded Baron Vanilla Management in 2021 following an international career spanning 25 years’ in the development and promotion of sophisticated financial products. He has previously worked for a top tier European investment bank in the financial hubs of London, Hong Kong and Singapore and, as Managing Director led an ASX-listed junior energy company.
Prior to launching Baron Property Group, Miles was a director of a leading Australian property syndicator that has over $1 billion in acquisitions.
Under the Baron Property Group and Baron Vanilla Management banners, Miles has established six commercial property syndicates with a combined value of circa $100 million.
Miles holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Australia where he graduated with distinction as a Tracey Horton Scholar.

Joseph has spent 25 years in the commercial property industry working in property management, valuations, sales and leasing before founding his own commercial property firm in 2004. Starting as its sole employee, Joe grew the firm into one of Perth’s largest commercial real estate groups managing over $2 billion of property which would later be renamed to SVN Perth and become part of the worldwide SVN Group.
As a means of responding to clients’ desires to invest in stable, long term property assets, Joe co-founded Vanilla Property Investments in 2009. Vanilla would go on to establish 13 syndicates investing in over $150 million of property before joining with the Baron Property Group to co-invest in future syndication opportunities.
Joseph has several formal qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) Degree and a Diploma in Financial Planning. He is a Licensed Valuer as well as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and member of REIWA.

Gianni has over 25 years' experience in funds management, property investment, development and construction markets working in real estate, property management and building industries. He has extensive experience in land and property selection, tender preparations, feasibility costings, negotiating acquisitions and disposals, asset management, managing and financing property and developments, conducting sales and leasing transactions, corporate governance and financial administration.
Gianni is a director of SVN Perth - a full service real estate agency covering commercial, residential and strata markets and a Director of Vanilla Property Investments - a property investment and funds management group running property syndications.
Gianni holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons.), a Diploma in Property (Real Estate), a Diploma in Financial Planning, is a registered builder and a licenced Real Estate Agent. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Building, the Institute of Engineers Australia and REIWA.
