The Investment

We are pleased to invite you to invest in Baron Vanilla’s latest syndicate - the BV Aged Care Property Trust No 3 - a multi-property trust acquiring three residential aged care facilities.

Baron Vanilla has entered into an exclusive agreement to acquire, subject to successful due diligence, a portfolio comprising three residential aged care facilities located in metropolitan Perth, presenting a strategic geographic catchment within the highly coveted suburbs south of the Swan River. Baron Vanilla is now seeking to raise approximately $15.5 million in equity from wholesale investors to partially fund the purchase.
