Fund Overview

The BV Lifestyle Zone Trust No 2 has negotiated an exclusive agreement to acquire 1387 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo WA – a hybrid large format retail centre comprising 16 tenancies including a Dan Murphy’s and a subterranean self-storage facility - and will be seeking to raise $15 million in equity from wholesale investors to partially fund the purchase price.
The Trust is anticipated to have a term of 5 years, an initial weighted average lease expiry (WALE) in excess of 7.5 years, and is forecasting a cash return on equity of 8% per annum, paid monthly.
Minimum investment amount is $150,000 and is only available to investors who are "wholesale clients" within the requirements of section 761G and 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
